Davis Polk – Take-Two Interactive Software $250 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Barclays Capital Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC as joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 1% convertible senior notes due 2018.
