Regina E. Faul Joins the Labor & Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups at Phillips Nizer as a Partner

Phillips Nizer is pleased to announce that Regina E. Faul has joined the firm as a partner in the Labor & Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups.   Ms. Faul will continue to represent employers and business owners in all aspects of their employee relations and compliance matters in state and federal courts, arbitrations, during collective bargaining negotiations and before the United States National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  She will work closely with the Firm’s partners and the Chair of its Labor & Employment Group, Marc B. Zimmerman.

During Ms. Faul’s more than 25-year career in practicing labor and employment law, she has defended employers in matters relating to wage and hour and other Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) issues, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge and whistleblower claims.  She advises companies in state and federal compliance of rules and regulations of employment and labor law, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).

Ms. Faul earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree in business administration from Iona College.  She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court.
