Bankrupcty lawyer John Bae has been hired the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., according to a press release.
Bae, a partner, joins from Greenberg Traurig and brings a wealth of experience in bankruptcy related matters. His work for international corporations includes financial restructurings and bankrupcty related litigation matters.
“John brings a wealth of global experience handling major restructuring matters,” said Richard E. Mikels, Chair of the firm’s bankruptcy group. “He will make a very important contribution to the growth of our New York practice and will be a welcome addition to our national team of bankruptcy and restructuring attorneys.”
Bae completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Albany and received his juris doctorate from the Hofstra University School of Law.
