Morgan Lewis announced today that Kevin O’Mara, a lawyer specializing in the representation of private equity and hedge funds in diverse industry sectors, has joined the firm as a partner in its Business and Finance Practice, resident in New York.
Mr. O’Mara, who was most recently a partner in the private equity group of another global Am Law 100 firm, provides corporate and M&A counsel to sponsors of private equity firms and hedge funds and their portfolio companies. He has represented clients in significant investments, financings, and liquidity events in sectors including media, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas, business services, and technology.
