In addition, his technology background will be a nice supplement to our robust data privacy and security practice,” said George Breen, Chair of the firm’s National Health Care and Life Sciences Practice Steering Committee.

“Jim’s addition is part of our continued strategy to focus on our core practice areas and to strengthen our unique platform as a ‘super boutique.’ Our team in Chicago and nationally look forward to working with him and integrating him into the mix,” said Peter Steinmeyer, the Managing Shareholder of EBG’s Chicago office.

Kunick said, “I am impressed with the level of service that EBG provides to its regional and national clients. The firm’s attorneys really know how to anticipate legal and business trends of particular importance to their clients and are always timely in finding viable solutions to protect a company’s bottom line.”
