Goulston & Storrs Continues Its Strategic New York Expansion: Aaron Abraham Joins as Director – Brings Two Associates

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce Aaron Abraham has joined the firm’s New York office as a Director. Aaron was most recently co-chair of the Construction Practice Group at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. In addition, Jonathan Grippo and Michael R. Wood will join the firm as Associates. The addition of Aaron, Jonathan and Michael is another pivotal step in the continuing expansion of the firm’s New York office.

Representing developers and corporate and institutional owners throughout the United States, Aaron concentrates his practice on negotiating and drafting a full range of development and construction agreements, as well as resolving and litigating complex construction and design-related disputes. His representation of clients includes structuring major construction projects and counseling on complex development, joint venture, fee, budget, design, indemnification, insurance, surety and dispute resolution issues.
Aaron is an experienced litigator, representing clients in state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums. His cases have involved claims related to design errors and omissions, structural failures and collapse, mold and water infiltration, and delay, acceleration and consequential damages claims.
Chambers and Partners has recognized Aaron as a leading construction lawyer in New York for six consecutive years (2006-11). Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Aaron was a Partner in the New York office of TKD and Arent Fox LLP and was previously an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York.
