Anderson Kill & Olick is pleased to announce that Judith Sullivan joins  Anderson Kill & Olick today as a Shareholder in our Corporate Group where she will head the International Business Department.  She serves a broad range of industries including private equity, insurance, airline, manufacturing, publishing, banking, entertainment, software and real estate in transactional business counseling and litigation.  Her international clients range from Northern Europe to the Middle East to Australia.

Judith comes to us  from Michelman & Robinson, LLP where she was managing partner of that firm’s New Jersey practice and a resident partner in the New York office.  Prior to that Judith was a Partner at White and Williams, handling commercial litigation and corporate legal needs of domestic  and international companies.  She was also Counsel for Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP.   Judith will be dividing her time between our New Jersey and New York offices.
