Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy M. Gladden has joined the Firm’s New York office as a member of the Business Services Department.

Mr. Gladden’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, securities transactions and other general corporate matters. Mr. Gladden has substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers in public and private acquisitions and divestiture transactions. In addition, he counsels early stage companies and entrepreneurs on corporate formation, corporate governance and initial financing matters and represents issuers and investors in venture capital and private equity transactions across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, financial services, restaurant and food, medical devices, hardware, software, and apparel. Mr. Gladden also has experience in exempt securities offerings and in the preparation and review of disclosure and other periodic filings required as part of ongoing compliance with securities laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Schnader, Mr. Gladden was an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he worked in the general corporate practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and securities. He began practicing as staff counsel to a company that provided a trading platform to active traders where he managed the legal side of the company’s $280 million merger with a publicly traded online financial service company. He graduated in 2001 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and graduated, cum laude, in 1998 from Hunter College of The City University of New York.
