Veteran Litigator, William M. Barron, Joins Epstein Becker Green’s New York Office

The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green (EBG) today announced that William M. Barron has joined the Litigation practice as a Member of the Firm in its New York office.

Barron was previously a Partner and Head of the New York Litigation practice at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, as well as a Leader in its International Litigation group. Barron concentrates his practice in the areas of business and commercial law, litigation, and arbitration. He has several years of experience in international corporate litigation and commercial disputes with a concentration on European business entities and individuals. He focuses on cases concerning trademark and trade secret issues, distributorships, franchise law, sales of goods, bankruptcy disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and employment disputes. Before joining Smith, Gambrell & Russell, Barron was the Litigation Leader at the New York law firm of Walter, Conston, Alexander and Green, P.C. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Bayer USA, Inc.

Barron is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Board of Trustees of the Institute of International Commercial Law, the American Council on Germany, the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York, and the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
