Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Daniel C. Glazer has joined the Firm as a corporate partner resident in the New York office. He brings extensive experience in negotiating complex domestic and cross-border intellectual property and information technology transactions.
Mr. Glazer handles all aspects of IP/IT-related commercial agreements, such as licensing, outsourcing, consulting, development, sponsorship, marketing and distribution arrangements, as well as the IP/IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securitizations and other corporate transactions. His practice also includes trademark and copyright counseling, enforcement and prosecution.
Mr. Glazer has advised companies, including Fortune 50 corporations, on high-profile matters in a range of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, consumer products, food and beverage, media and entertainment, and sports.

Mr. Glazer was previously a partner and one of the leaders of the Intellectual Property Transactions Group at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP. He received his JD from Harvard Law School in 1998 and his AB, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1995. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
