Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel P. Raglan has joined as a partner in the corporate department of the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Raglan is a transactional lawyer with over 15 years of experience. His capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory experience includes representing clients from the United States, Latin America, Canada and Europe. He has worked with corporations and financial institutions in their securities offerings, acquisitions and other commercial transactions in the United States and international markets and regularly advises public companies on public disclosure, securities law and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Raglan was formerly a partner at Torys LLP in New York. He was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Mr. Raglan received his LL.M. from Columbia University Law School and his B.A. (Jurisprudence) from Oxford University Law School.
