Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jonathan W. Emery has joined the Firm as a Member and will be based in our New York Office. His areas of practice are Corporate Business Law and Securities Law.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from Trinity College. He comes to us from Emery & Larsen, LLP, where he specialized in advising start-up companies and served as General Counsel for several such companies. Prior to that, Jonathan was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Alion Science and Technology Corporation. Earlier experience includes Network Solutions where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Network Solutions.
