Davis Polk advised NBCUniversal Media, LLC in connection with its acquisition of the 50% share of the MSNBC Digital Network joint venture that it did not previously own from Microsoft Corporation.
NBCUniversal is one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production and marketing of entertainment, news and information to a global audience. Formed in 1996, the MSNBC Digital Network includes msnbc.com, TODAY.com, NightlyNews.com, BreakingNews.com, Newsvine.com, EveryBlock.com and the existing apps and digital extensions of these respective properties.
