Pryor Cashman LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Dyan Finguerra-DuCharme to its Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups where she will strengthen the firm’s already robust capabilities in these areas. Finguerra-DuCharme comes to Pryor Cashman from White & Case where she was a key member of that firm’s IP Group.
Finguerra-DuCharme focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on trademark, trade dress, false advertising, and copyright disputes. She also manages large-scale trademark vigilance programs, prosecutes trademarks globally and provides opinions regarding the availability of trademarks in the U.S.

Finguerra-DuCharme represents clients in a variety of industries. Among her impressive roster is one of the world’s leading luxury goods groups, a premier car manufacturer, a national financial services firm, and a lifestyle community developer and homebuilder, among other brand-name clients. She has chalked up a string of successes before the Federal Circuit, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in World Intellectual Property Organization proceedings.

Finguerra-DuCharme is a sought-after speaker and author, and has presented at the INTA Annual Meeting, the N.Y. County Lawyers Association and numerous N.Y. state and city bar association events, among other venues. She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A. from Hamilton College.
