Global law firm White & Case LLP today announced the arrival of Andrew Kreisberg to its New York office as a partner in its Global Tax Practice. Kreisberg will work closely with the Firm’s Global Investment Funds Group and the Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice, advising clients on various tax-related matters.

“Clients are increasingly in need of legal insight around complex tax matters,” said Kim Boylan, Head of White & Case’s Global Tax Practice. “The diversity of Andrew’s transactional experience will be a benefit to our clients, and he will be an important addition to our practice.”

Kreisberg is substantially experienced with respect to fund formation tax issues, as well as representing fund sponsors and sovereign and non-sovereign foreign, US tax-exempt and other fund investors.

Kreisberg also has significant expertise with respect to M&A and capital markets tax issues. Kreisberg will also provide tax structuring advice to non-US sovereign and non-sovereign investor clients investing in various US real property projects.
