Arnold & Porter announced today the continued growth of its transactions team with the arrival of partner Niket Rele as a member of the firm’s Corporate & Finance practice in New York. Mr. Rele represents multinational clients, in particular, in cross-border M&A and corporate transactions as well as global outsourcing and technology transactions.

Resident in New York, Mr. Rele represents service providers and customers in sole-sourced and competitively-bid, business-process, outsourcing and information technology arrangements, software licensing and support agreements and technology transfer matters. He also regularly advises Indian public and private companies with respect to their US acquisitions, strategic alliances and joint ventures across various sectors and industries.
