He also previously served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney on the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, where he prosecuted and tried cases involving accounting fraud, mail and wire fraud, and insider trading. Mr. Lipman received his B.A., with honors, from Wesleyan University and his J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Ms. Baynham focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, securities enforcement matters, and complex commercial litigation. She advises corporations and individuals in SEC enforcement actions, federal criminal prosecutions, and corporate governance matters with a focus in the financial and health care industries. Her experience includes representing clients in cross-border, multi-agency criminal and civil investigations.

Ms. Baynham has previously served as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Office of Attorney General for the District of Columbia, where she successfully tried numerous bench trials to verdict.
