Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that H. Stephen Castro, an accomplished corporate finance lawyer, has joined the global law firm’s New York office as a partner.
Castro comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Kaye Scholer LLP and focuses his practice on the financial services sector. He represents syndicate agents, lenders, credit investors and private equity firms in sophisticated financing matters across a wide range of industries, including energy, mining and commodities, telecommunications, data and transportation. Castro also regularly represents participants in all aspects of distressed investing and restructuring matters.
