Davis Polk advised Elementia, S.A.B de C.V. in connection with its initial public offering of 231,150,000 ordinary shares, including 30,150,000 ordinary shares from the full exercise of the initial purchasers’ overallotment options, for an aggregate amount of Ps$3.93 billion, consisting of an offering of 186,520,000 ordinary shares to the general public in Mexico and an international offering of 44,630,000 ordinary shares outside Mexico under Rule 144A and Regulation S. The ordinary shares trade on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
Based in Mexico, Elementia is a manufacturer and distributor of products and solutions primarily focused on the construction materials industry. Through its regional divisions in Mexico, the United States, Central America and South America, it manufactures and sells a wide range of products, based primarily on cement, fiber cement, plastics and copper, used throughout all stages of construction.
