Environmental Litigator Stephen Riccardulli Joins Holland & Knight in New York

Holland & Knight welcomes Stephen Riccardulli as a partner in its New York office. Mr. Riccardulli has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in environmental, mass tort, product liability and complex commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Riccardulli practiced in the New York office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC.

Mr. Riccardulli has significant experience in complex litigation matters, including large multi-party mass tort, product liability and environmental cases. He has particular experience defending groundwater contamination, toxic tort, hazardous waste site and natural resource damage matters. In addition, Mr. Riccardulli has an active commercial litigation practice with clients in a number of business sectors, including the oil and gas, insurance, renewable energy and restaurant industries. He has represented these clients in litigations in various state and federal courts across the United States, as well as in actions, investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by state and federal authorities.

Mr. Riccardulli received a J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law and a B.S. degree from Fordham University. Most recently, he was a partner with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
