White and Williams is pleased to welcome Erica Kerstein as a Partner in the New York office. Erica joins the Commercial Litigation Department and will practice in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith and the Directors and Officers Groups.

Erica has extensive experience in complex insurance matters, including those involving environmental, professional liability, general liability, and other claims. She represents domestic and foreign insurers in arbitration and litigation in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels and mediators. Her specific experience with Bermuda Form policies is a unique and highly valued capability. In addition to her litigation and arbitration practices, Erica provides coverage advice to clients in high profile matters regarding significant coverage issues. Erica comes to the firm from the New York office of Clyde & Co LLP. Before that, Erica was at the New York office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
