As a highly experienced energy project development and project finance attorney with a strong focus on renewable energy, Mr. Malali will further enhance the firm’s legal services that address the full lifecycle of energy projects. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Mr. Malali was a partner at Nelson Mullins in New York. 

Mr. Malali represents developers, lenders, contractors, sponsors, financial institutions and equity investors in connection with the development, construction, financing and transfer of numerous energy and other infrastructure projects with a particular focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. In this capacity, he has been lead counsel to various industry participants on dozens of large and notable transactions in the energy and infrastructure space.
