Faegre Drinker announced today that Adam Rosenthal has joined the firm’s Philadelphia and New York offices as a partner in the corporate practice. Rosenthal comes to the firm from Dechert LLP.
Rosenthal’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, as well as recapitalizations, joint ventures, co-investments and other corporate transactions. He routinely represents private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and other institutional investors throughout the life cycle of their portfolio investments. Rosenthal has extensive industry experience, having worked on deals in sectors such as telecommunications, software, FinTech, insurance, life sciences, food and beverage, and industrials.

Rosenthal also advises clients in the financial services industry on the expansion, consolidation and diversification of their businesses, counseling clients on how to best navigate complex business, legal and regulatory issues. He has represented investment advisors, broker-dealers, mutual funds, business development companies, private lending platforms, wealth managers and other participants in the financial services industry.

Rosenthal previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Irenas in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Brown University, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
