Joseph J. Frank has joined the firm as a partner based in the firm’s New York and Miami offices. Joe most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc.-a $20 billion global provider of software and services to the financial industry. Before SS&C, Frank was a global co-head of the Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP, where he was recognized as “Litigator of the Week” by The American Lawyer for a major win in a residential mortgage-backed securities case.
