Michael will continue his real estate finance practice, which is focused on commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS), balance sheet, mezzanine and construction loan originations, restructurings, and secondary market transactions. Weinberger arrives from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
