Goodwin Welcomes Private Equity Partners Gregory Cage and Zachary Lupu in New York

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Gregory Cage and Zachary Lupu joined the Private Equity practice as partners, resident in the New York office.

Cage and Lupu advise private equity clients on corporate matters, with an emphasis on middle market investment transactions. They represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers in connection with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, recapitalizations, management equity arrangements, and growth equity financings.
