Global law firm Goodwin announced today the addition of Delphine O’Rourke as partner in the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practices, resident in the New York office. O’Rourke joins the firm from Duane Morris in Philadelphia.
O’Rourke is trusted counsel to health industry leaders. She counsels health companies, hospitals & healthcare systems, and investors on the regulatory frameworks that drive their business. Clients rely on O’Rourke’s deep knowledge of healthcare law and policy as well as her experience as a health care executive and in-house general counsel. She served as Associate General Counsel of Ascension and in her decades plus with Ascension, she served in legal roles of increasing responsibility for the $23 billion health enterprise.
O’Rourke’s healthcare regulatory practice focuses on:
