Furthering their growth in the U.S., Allen & Overy today announced that Jin Hee Kim joined the firm’s Leveraged Finance practice as partner, based in New York. Jin Hee joins from Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where she was a Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Practice.
The addition of Jin Hee’s expertise will further increase the New York team’s established bench depth and ability to advise multiple arrangers on large and complex debt financings.

While at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, Jin gained extensive experience advising clients on complex U.S. and international syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financings and asset-based lending transactions. She specializes in dealing with issues specific to UCC Article 9 secured financings in loan and securities transactions, as well as advising creditors on complex cross-border intercreditor issues. Jin Hee received her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law school and her Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
Since 2016, Allen & Overy has made significant investments, by bringing on leading practitioners in the industry to its U.S. Bank Finance, International Capital Markets and Global Leverage Finance practices, elevating and broadening the firm’s capabilities in this space. The most recent addition will expand the team to seven bank finance partners and two international capital markets partners.
