Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Vanessa Spiro as a finance partner in the Pittsburgh and New York offices. Spiro practiced most recently in the New York office of Jones Day.
Spiro has represented corporate borrowers, financial institutions, funds, and other capital users and sources for nearly 25 years. She concentrates her practice on loan market syndicated, highly leveraged, and acquisition finance matters, along with other lending and credit transactions, often of a cross-border nature. This includes a particular focus on challenging distressed debt, work-out matters, and bankruptcies.
