Latham Adds Leading Emerging Companies Partner in NY

Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Peyton Worley has joined the firm as a corporate partner, based in the New York office, in the Emerging Companies Practice. Worley advises emerging and established technology companies across their entire life cycle, from formation through IPO or sale, including in capital-raising transactions, entry into strategic partnerships, founder liquidity transactions, and acquisitions and dispositions. Worley also represents the venture capital firms and growth capital firms that invest in these early stage startups and fast growth companies. Worley joins from Cooley LLP in New York. 

Worley’s experience spans a range of industries, including social and digital media, artificial intelligence, insurtech, healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, adtech, enterprise software, network security, and content publishing, as well as biopharmaceuticals and other life science companies, all of which are key players in New York’s active emerging companies space.
