“Chris joining us is another critical step in expanding on our strong foundation for financial services litigation in the New York market,” said Damien Marshall, co-leader of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. “Chris is an elite trial lawyer who has earned the trust of major clients to lead their cases to trial in front of juries, judges and arbitration tribunals. He is an energetic team player who will deepen and solidify crucial client relationships for the firm.”

“I am thrilled to join King & Spalding’s market-leading litigation practice as it continues to reach new heights,” said Duffy. “I have known and worked with many of my new K&S colleagues for years. It’s a privilege to join them in growing new and existing client relationships and continuing to expand on this best-in-class platform.”
