Prior to joining Linklaters, Josh was Founder and CEO of Klayman LLC, a boutique blockchain-focused law firm, and Inflection Point Blockchain Advisors, LLC, a blockchain strategy consulting and advisory firm.
Joshua brings market-leading experience advising a broad array of global technology companies, major financial institutions, governments and others on a wide variety of blockchain, smart contracts and FinTech matters, including digital asset offerings. Her practice will focus on blockchain and digital assets, including ICOs/digital token sales and related transactions.
