Linklaters Boosts FinTech Practice With Hire of New U.S. Head of FinTech

Linklaters is pleased to announce that Joshua Ashley Klayman has joined the firm as U.S. Head of FinTech and Head of Blockchain & Digital Assets. Josh will be based in the firm’s New York office. Prior to joining Linklaters, Josh was Founder and CEO of Klayman LLC, a boutique blockchain-focused law firm, and Inflection Point Blockchain Advisors, LLC, a blockchain strategy consulting and advisory firm.

Joshua brings market-leading experience advising a broad array of global technology companies, major financial institutions, governments and others on a wide variety of blockchain, smart contracts and FinTech matters, including digital asset offerings. Her practice will focus on blockchain and digital assets, including ICOs/digital token sales and related transactions.
