Mintz announced today that Courtney R. Rockett has joined the firm’s Litigation practice as a Member, based in the New York office. Ms. Rockett represents large corporations, private equity firms, celebrities, and others in high-stakes, civil litigation matters. She focuses her practice on complex commercial transactions, partnership disputes, securities matters, entertainment disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Mintz, Ms. Rockett was a partner with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP.
Ms. Rockett serves as lead strategy counsel for clients’ in their most business-critical and sensitive matters. She is an aggressive and accomplished litigator with a reputation for obtaining exceptionally favorable settlements for her clients, including after taking over and re-framing cases that have proceeded far down another path.
