Tim joins recent lateral private capital partner hires in our leveraged finance, capital solutions and bank regulatory businesses. Clark arrives from Goodwin Procter LLP in New York.

Cozen O’Connor Adds Litigator and Former Federal Prosecutor Sarah Krissoff to its White Collar Defense Group

Stinson Adds Two Partners to Corporate Finance Bench in DC, NYC
