Beau Buffier Joins Antitrust Practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, announced today that Beau Buffier has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. He will be a member of the antitrust practice. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Buffier served as the Antitrust Bureau Chief of the New York State Office of the Attorney General (NYOAG) from October 2016 to March 2020, where he led several groundbreaking antitrust enforcement initiatives, making the NYOAG the leading state antitrust enforcement unit in the country.
