Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced today that Katherine Krause has joined its Mergers and Acquisitions Practice as a Partner in New York. Most recently, Katherine was a Managing Director in the Legal Department at Goldman Sachs, where she was responsible for supporting the Merchant Banking Division (MBD) in connection with principal investments and dispositions across a variety of sectors, including corporate equity and debt, infrastructure and venture capital opportunities, among other matters.
