The international law firm Bryan Cave LLP (www.bryancave.com) today announced that David Kolodny has joined the firm as a partner with the Transactions Practice, resident in the New York office.
Kolodny has been actively engaged in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience representing borrowers in secured and unsecured loan and financing transactions and buyers and sellers in acquisition and sale transactions. Many of those transactions involve assets and interests in Europe, Asia and other jurisdictions. Kolodny has advised a leading global manufacturer of health care products, fire sprinkler and other durable goods manufacturers, food product distributors and processors, service businesses, real estate developers, hedge funds and clients in various other industries. Kolodny has served for several years as outside general counsel to a leading global manufacturer of health care products and has extensive knowledge of that industry, including industry-specific issues that arise in connection with acquisitions, financings and other transactions.

Kolodny earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University. Before joining Bryan Cave, Kolodny was a partner at another firm in New York.
