Kalis brings a national practice focused on advising companies on all matters affecting the employee-employer relationship, specifically focusing on traditional labor law and employment law issues. She represents clients before arbitrators, state and federal courts, the NLRB, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and regularly counsels her clients on employment-related matters.
