Perkins Coie Welcomes Jacquie Duval in New York to Broaden Private Funds and Family Office Offering

Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that veteran private funds and family office partner Jacquie Duval has joined the Corporate and Financial Regulation practices in New York as the chair of Private Capital and Fund Formation where she will help expand the firm’s capabilities serving private funds and family offices. Jacquie joins Perkins Coie from K&L Gates where she was a partner and a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds and the Tax practices.

Jacquie brings over a decade of experience advising private equity firms, innovative family offices, emerging managers, venture funds, and private foundations with respect to strategic planning, financial transactions, investment execution, domestic and international taxation and entity structuring.

As part of her funds practice, Jacquie guides both established and emerging fund sponsors on fund formation, operational, transactional, tax, and regulatory matters, including seeding and general partner staking arrangements, as well as secondary transactions and co-investment structures. She also frequently works with clients navigating investments in technology and biopharma companies. Jacquie is further committed to helping women-led family offices and entrepreneurs structure, grow, and invest.
