Rachlis advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and investment banks on M&A and other strategic transactions. Rachlis joins the firm in New York from Latham & Watkins.

Rachlis offers clients a proven track record advising strategic and sponsor clients on a variety of M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, control and minority investments, joint ventures, carve-outs and divestitures. Rachlis draws upon both his extensive legal expertise and prior investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs.
