Polsinelli Adds Leading Technology Lawyer William Tanenbaum in New York

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce the addition of prominent technology and intellectual property attorney William A. Tanenbaum to its New York office.

Tanenbaum joins the firm’s Technology Transactions & Data Privacy group and will serve as Co-Chair of the Healthcare Technology & Innovation Group. His practice focuses on transactions, litigation, and strategic counseling in the intellectual property, technology, cybersecurity, health care IT and IP, financial services IT and IP, outsourcing and data-driven business sectors.

Tanenbaum is a past President of the International Technology Law Association, and he was named “Lawyer of the Year” in IT in New York by US News & World Report/Best Lawyers, ranked in Band One in Technology & Outsourcing in New York and in Band Two nationally by Chambers, selected for the inaugural edition of Best Data Lawyers in Who’s Who Legal: Data 2018 and recognized as the 2017 Cyber Security Law Expert in New York by Global Law Experts.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Tanenbaum was a partner at Arent Fox and Kaye Scholer. He is a graduate of Brown University (degree with highest honors and Phi Beta Kappa) and Cornell Law School.
