Prominent Litigator Paul Bowles Joins Fox Rothschild LLP in New York

 Fox Rothschild LLP welcomes Paul N. Bowles focuses his practice on guiding aviation and transportation companies through complex commercial litigation and product liability matters. He represents Fortune 100 and middle-market companies that manufacture both standard products and sophisticated offerings involving artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial vehicle technologies and a number of advanced modern aviation devices.

He is particularly knowledgeable in the developing area of UAV law and is a frequent speaker on topics at the intersection of law and technology. Bowles recently briefed the issue of federal preemption within aviation before the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the Aerospace Industries Association of America as amicus curiae.

As a commercial litigator, Bowles has defended civil fraud, commercial loss and breach of contract claims, as well as aggressively pursued breach of contract, civil fraud and breach of partnership agreement claims. He also negotiates partnership, executive compensation, and LLC agreements, and provides advice to hedge fund managers and owners of startups in various legal capacities.

In addition, Bowles represents high-profile artists and managers in the entertainment industry. An accomplished musician in his own right, he works closely with platinum-selling recording artists and world touring jazz musicians, managers of Grammy® award-winning and -nominated musicians, independent filmmakers and music streaming service startups.

He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Virginia Tech.
