“Estate planning issues arise in a variety of contexts, and our ability to anticipate and address these implications is tremendously beneficial to our clients,” said Ivan Taback, head of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group. “Amy is a leader in her field, with a broad scope of domestic and international experience handling her clients’ most complex estate planning matters. She is a valuable addition to our team.”

“We are very pleased Amy will be joining the firm,” said David Rievman, global head of Skadden’s regulatory practices. “Her addition to our trusts and estates group will help ensure that our clients’ personal income tax and estate planning goals align with their business objectives, as we advise them how best to navigate legislative and regulatory changes.”

“Skadden’s reputation for client service and the caliber of its attorneys are unmatched,” said Ms. Heller. “I am excited for the opportunity to continue to grow my practice alongside colleagues I so highly regard.”
