Chris’ practice focuses on all aspects of the secondaries market from the purchase and sales of fund interests, to complex GP-led transactions including fund recapitalizations, continuation vehicles, tender offers, spin-out arrangements and restructurings. He also works with private fund managers on fund formations and other related matters.
Chris graduated cum laude from Howard University with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University.
Chris’ arrival follows a number of significant recent additions to the Corporate and Real Estate practices, including, most recently Fred Ragucci, Mike Mezzacappa, Marc Friess and Ji Hye You to our Private Credit Group; Keith Barnett, Sean Boulger and Robert Burke to our Real Estate Practice; and James Lee and Jae Woo Park to our M&A Practice.
