Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Laurie A. Stanziale in New York as a partner in the Construction and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining Fox, Stanziale was a partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP.

As a LEED Green Associate, she is certified to offer guidance on green building practices and standards,” said Janet MacLeod, Fox’s New York Office Managing Partner. “Her work handling transactional construction projects paired with her knowledge of nuanced access agreements with neighboring properties will be of particular benefit to our New York clients.”
Stanziale represents domestic and international developers and owners, major construction companies, trade contractors, architects, engineers and consultants in a broad range of construction matters. She advises clients throughout the project lifecycle, mitigates risk and protects and defends their interests in disputes involving construction defects, payment claims, liens and other issues.
Acting as a business partner, Stanziale counsels clients in the preparation, review and negotiation of easements, licensing and access agreements with neighboring properties; construction and design contracts; insurance policies, financing and leases; project management, development, branding and brokerage agreements; construction easement and license provisions in zoning lot development agreements; and joint venture agreements.
Ranked by Chambers USA in 2020 for Construction Law in New York, Stanziale is an active speaker, published author and CLE instructor. She has taught the CLE program with National Law Institute “Welcome to the Neighborhood” for the past decade and is also an active member of the New York Chapter of CREW and the Women Builders Council.
She earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Binghamton University.
