Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Christopher M. Tumulty to the New York office as a partner in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Fox, Tumulty was a partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in New York.

Tumulty serves as outside counsel for condominium and cooperative apartment boards, leveraging significant industry knowledge to provide trusted advice on all aspects of building management, transactions, dispute resolution and governance.
He is chair of the Cooperative and Condominium Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association and a member of the New York American Inn of Court and New York State Bar Association.
An accomplished litigator, Tumulty protects clients’ interests in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and is well versed in guiding clients through arbitrations, mediations and appeals.
He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law, and a B.A. from Fordham University.
