Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP Announces the Addition of Jeffrey R. Burke

Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP (“SRFF”) announced today that Jeffrey R. Burke, previously a partner in the securities litigation and regulatory enforcement practice of Winston & Strawn LLP has joined the securities litigation and regulatory practice of SRFF as a partner in its New York office.

Mr. Burke focuses his practice on securities and business litigation and SEC, FINRA and state regulatory enforcement matters. He represents public and private companies, investment and commercial banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity firms, boards, special committees, officers, directors and other individuals in securities litigation and arbitrations, shareholder derivative suits, internal investigations, and regulatory investigations. Mr. Burke spent 13 years at Winston & Strawn, most recently as partner.
