Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Niels Jensen has joined the Firm’s New York office as a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice, where he will focus on securitizations. Jensen joins from Vinson & Elkins LLP.

Niels’ practice encompasses a broad range of transactions, including corporate, asset-backed and structured financings, with a focus on securitizations, including digital infrastructure, whole business and PDP well securitizations. His work is often cross-border and spans numerous industries, including energy and infrastructure, aviation and healthcare, among others.
