Vedder Price is pleased to announce that Blythe E. Lovinger has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Labor and Employment (L&E) group in the New York office.

Ms. Lovinger brings a wealth of experience to the firm’s robust national L&E practice. She centers her practice on employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels. Her litigation experience includes defense of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, and the prosecution and defense of cases involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, unfair competition and related business tort claims. Ms. Lovinger also advises clients on a wide range of employment issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations; employment, consulting and separation agreements; employment policies and practices; reductions-in-force; wage and hour auditing; investigations of alleged harassment and other employee misconduct; and litigation avoidance.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, Ms. Lovinger was a partner in the Employment Practices and Litigation Group at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP. She received a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
