“We are excited to welcome Joe to the Firm,” said Weil Executive Partner Barry Wolf. “He is one of the most well-known tax lawyers in the country, advising on corporate M&A, spinoffs and other complex transactions. His experience leading a global team of tax practitioners bolsters Weil’s exceptional Tax practice and is a huge asset for our clients.”

“Joe is an elite tax practitioner, bringing 30 years of broad and innovative expertise,” commented Paul Wessel, Co-Chair of Weil’s Tax Department and head of its Executive Compensation and Benefits Group. “I’ve known Joe throughout his career and have practiced with him previously. Mr. Pari commented: “I am excited to return to private practice and be a part of Weil’s outstanding global Tax practice. I look forward to working with Weil’s talented tax, corporate and restructuring lawyers around the world. It has also been my privilege to lead Washington National Tax at KPMG and I look forward to opportunities to partner with the firm in my new role.”
